I am a trainer and coach for communication, leadership, and empowerment for companies. I offer over 25 years of experience in international human resources development, training, and consulting.
I have built up my expertise in medium-sized companies and international corporations, both in Germany and abroad. I am familiar with the challenges of modern working environments from practical experience and know how important clear communication and productive self-management are for successful collaboration.
Today, I work from Karlsruhe for companies both nationally and internationally.
My guiding principle: discover, develop, grow!
We all know training courses where we learned a lot, had fun, gained inspiration and returned to work feeling motivated. However: how much of what we wanted to take away from the training course and apply to our everyday work did we actually implement?
All to often: way too little.
That's why I create learning scenarios in my coaching and training sessions that enable us to do just that.
One-day, two day or even three day trainings all too often fall short. Because change takes time, space, and practice in the everyday work environment.
