Leadership is so much more than just delegating tasks
It means guiding and empowering people, but also making decisions and acting confidently in a VUCA and BANI environment and challenging situations.
My leadership training strengthens your managers in communication, empowerment (self-management), and leadership skills—for strategic thinking and productive, appreciative cooperation even beyond the boundaries of their own team,s.
Why communication is so crucial in leadership
Conflicts, misunderstandings, or unclear expectations slow teams down. Those who actively shape collaboration and understand the behavior of their conversation partners gain confidence—and trust. Today more than ever, leadership means taking into account internationality, neurodiversity and generational diversity, among other things, and responding to different communication styles and expectations.
My training teaches participants how to communicate clearly in different situations, give effective feedback, and resolve conflicts constructively.
Who is the training suitable for?
- Leadership training for new team leaders who are taking on their first leadership role
- Experienced leaders looking to elevate their communication and leadership interactions
Young leads – get off to a confident start
The transition from a specialist role to the first leadership role – "yesterday a colleague, today a lead" – can be challenging: responsibilities increase and old routines no longer apply.
In my training for the first leadership role, participants learn:
- Consciously shaping role changes
- Expanding their behavioral competence
- Self-empowerment
- Using communication as a management tool
- Formulating clear expectations and setting boundaries
- Enabling a culture of feedback
- Gaining confidence in feedback and conflict discussions
- Strategic collaboration beyond their own team
6 modules + review (4–8 participants) – 3.25 days in total
Optional 1:1 sessions on individual challenges
Experienced leaders – reflecting on and expanding behavior
Even experienced managers sometimes reach their limits: expectations change, teams become more diverse, and working methods become more complex.
The training for experienced managers provides space to question and expand one's own leadership behavior. Topics include:
- Self-management under pressure – staying calm in stressful situations
- Communicating on equal terms – even in difficult conversations
- Understanding and managing conflict dynamics
- Motivating teams and leading them confidently through change processes
- Enabling a feedback culture for the team
5 modules + review (4-8 participants) – 2.75 days in total
Optional 1:1 sessions on individual challenges
How I work
1-3 day training sessions expect way too often way too much of the participants. My training is modular, practical, and individually tailored.
- Short impulses instead of content overload
- Realistic exercises and role-plays (formats also suitable for introverted people)
- Transfer phases for sustainable implementation
I prefer face-to-face training because communication has a lot to do with the whole person's experience. Even if everyday work often takes place virtually later on, learning with all the senses is more effective and therefore more sustainable in training.
Your benefits
- Even greater confidence in the leadership role
- Clarity in communication and expectations
- Confidence in difficult conversations
- Stronger self-management – even under pressure
